Nutrition and what you eat plays a major role in causing weight gain and as a result many people suffer with health problems because of being over weight. One of our beliefs is that the lack of understanding when it comes to health and fitness is hindering so many who struggle with the ups and downs of weight management.

We here at Smack Fitness believe it's time that people begin freeing themselves and becoming inspired and then motivated to get doing.
